You are way to black and white about all of this. Not all of it is as simple as you put it. Do you know how many people are wrongly accused of rape in this country? I know someone personally who is a registered sex offender for 10 years and a felon for the rest of his life for a crime that he did not commit. Before we talk about the death penalty i think we need to talk about the court systems.

Well the way I see things, why should honest hard working people who obey the law and dont just stroll outside and decide to kill or mutilate or rape someone have to pay taxes to house someone who is a monster with no remorse or compassion for other humans, I say the punishment for shitbrains like these is to make them suffer in the same manner as they did their victims, while some people say that punisment of that nature is inhumane, I say give the fuckers the same paint their victims endured

i think the penalty should be equal to the crime if someone takes another persons life they should receive the same punishment of a watever they used to kill them as for rapists they arent mentally stable sure i say puit them in jail but after the term is over they deserve to get put in the loomny bin and stay there

i dont really know, i mean do we have the right to take anothers life? i mean i am not super religious but i dont know if we should be able to choose whether they die or not. now on a personal level if they killed 5 people and all that crap i think they have earned the right to be put in a fire line and shot between the eyes (personnaly i like the head removale method), but in general i dont think many people support it so i will say, sure i dont care, they made there choice to rape and murder!!

People should get the death penalty under many circumstances but you have to make sure that it is justified with information behind the crime. We could save so much money and so much pain for other people if we used the death penalty more often.

I think it depends. like yeah, if you've been to prison more then 5 or 10 times; death penalty. but with rape and murder, yeah they do some time get shit wrong, and there shouldn't be a death penalty until they know for sure. because people do press false charges, and people do frame others.

so yeah its a good thing if you know for sure what the fuck is up and whats the truth.

i think the death penalty has its pros and cons but i would say ultimately the death penalty is something i support and believe it should be used more often not just exclusive to crimes related to murder we need to consider using it on our leaders and public firgures also lol
