  • they held the 4449 for us to leave I head them on the radio that day and that stupid dispacher decided to let us go first I really wanted to see 4449 arrive oh well sorry for the double comment here it was ment for the last comment

  • I was on the Empire Builder that day when we passed 4449 outside of town I was a little mad at the dispacher for that we on the Amtrak didnt get a shot at all of the train passinf we were to close

  • It goes from left to right so that it flashes and you would know, when approaching a railroad crossing, a train is heading your way

  • @LeandroMuntendam Also does wonders for illuminating the sides of the roadbed at night so the engineer can see signs and things hiding
