No matter how happy one is there will always be a seed of darkness itching to break through and no matter how miserable one is there will always be a seed of happiness itching to break through - Ying and Yang. Not sure if I agree entirely, but schadenfreude is certainly a description of an emotion which extends from this concept. Also, cool tune!
