Do not buy hp laptops! I bought a dv6258se. My mother got a dv6171cl, a short time after, because she liked the style. My laptop has been in to hp 3 times for the same issue! Search "dv6000 wireless problem" my mothers laptop is now suffering from the dv6000 power up problem (related problems. Heat issues). Too bad for her it didn't break sooner, and is not covered by the warranty extension! Do you want to pay to find out what hp's next defect will be?

its not the computer its the graphics card unfortunantly you cannot replace a graphics card on a laptop so all you can do is buy an external fan for it to keep it cool my hp heats up when i take it out of powersave mode so im buying a fan for it.

It has Geforce 8400GS...and I play so much games in perfect graphics...

for example, COD4, I play on max graphis but on 800x600 because I like Shadows...if you dont like shadows...this game run 1024x768 on max graphics but without Shadows...do you have more question??

Well, it has an integrated Nividia 7150 video card If I could remember. This laptop isn't really good for gaming. You can still play call of Duty 4 on low settings. I also play Guild wars with no lagg at all...:) And WOW only because of the new expansion coming up. If your planning to do alot of gaming on new, recent games then you could get a better laptop that has a Nividia 8400 video card. Off course, you'll be spending a little extra. You can replay back and be more specific If you want.

i almost have this one: mine is half a year old and its a dv6599eo special edition. intel duo 2 core: 2,0 2 gb ddr2 ram 160 gb Harddrive nvidia 9400 gs. 802,11 n and so one and im loveing it. it is not perfect fo showing black colours on movies. but it is fast and good at games, and fit perfect with my 26" Samsung HD tv. no try to play Microsoft flightsimulator on this. Its perfect. so if you want a labtop/notebook buy this one, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!
