  • imo, your approach starts way too far from the line (youre like 15 ft back). you take so many hops and steps. try and isolate your approach to the bare minimum number of steps you need to get the motion you want.

  • ok, I will try and shorten my run up a bit and focus more on the 360.

  • I will try to be lighter in the steps and try to get in the three last steps faster while i am going around with the disc which would get me a higher disc speed.

  • This is my second week that I am training on my 360 so please comment my form if I am doing something wrong or if I have something to improve.

  • dude.. no need for a 360 on a 330 ft hole. even if it is uphill....

  • I know but i was not going for the basket I was only training on my 360 form.

    The second throw went far pass the basket almost like 400ft uphill.If this would have been flat ground all the way then it would probably have went over 450ft.
