I noticed a couple of mistakes:

One, you're switching from A minor open to C major open. Go from the A minor to a F major barre chord instead.

Two, your tab is off on the intro. There are two notes missing.

It's just a simple C chord then A minor that you change between. But you're not playing all the strings at once.
