couldnt you have just gone to a metal cutting factory and ask them to cut out the parts. its stronger better and yes it more expensive but its not as cheap looking as carboard you could use high density cloth for the vlack parts of master chief. it comes together nicely....... thats what im doin

hey little suggestion i got the same helm and suit diesign when ur on the pepakura veiwer click on use materials for faces in one of the menu tabs ull save a hellof a lotof ink

True. That's what i thought the first time i've made my helmet as shown one one of my first halo 3 pepakura videos. However, i figured if i just minimize the gray, you can still at least make out which tabs are to be cut out.

its called cardstock u can get it at staples for like 20bucks for 200 sheets

yeah that wont work card stocks ur best bet if u plan to go all out and fiber glass it and it still loks kool even without the fiber glass cheak out mine im fiberglassing it in the summmer

my helmet can withstand the impact of an angel paint ball gun thanks 2 2 layers of wire mesh and about 10 layers of plasterwrap

hey i made my master chief armor from the same paper folding program. but i used cardboard. it wasnt really that hard. but for me what happend was i put together the helmet and had to take it apart again to make it out of cardboard. pain in the ass. but i finished and it was worth it.

Should have used Cardstock, thicker and printable paper. :P It wouldn't fall apart like normal paper

Mjolnir Pepakura, You Print out the Cutt outs on Card Stock, Put The Pieces together, Then Go To Wall Mart Or lowes And buy Fiber glass Resin!!!! Good luck
