Had one tonight, very good, but not their best dessert. The dessert with the small strawberries was even more amazing. Over all, great meal!

I went to Quay recently for my 40th.....so disappointing. The restaurant itself is tired and needs renovation, the food was too "try hard" and just became a mish mash of flavours (not all, a couple from the degustation menu were ok), the wine was good, the service was in general lacklustre and most of the staff acted like they wanted to be somewhere else.

Luckily the following nights choice of reataurant made up for the disappointment of Quay.

@jensenacklesgal it's part of a four course set menu that costs $155. I don't think it can be purchased separately like you could at a normal restaurant

I had this dessert a few nights ago. All I can say is that I've travelled to over thirty cities around the world, and I have never tasted a dessert unlike this - it is truly the greatest dish you will ever have in your life. Just the concept alone still eludes me...
