hey guys sorry i've been MIA. WOW its been 2 years allmost since i did the master cleanse. Since then I moved to the east coast and i live in a city where I walk and bike everywhere. I was down t o a size 7 when I finished the master cleanse. I am now a size 2. I cant tell ya how much i weight because I dont think its healthy to weight self and just go on my pant size. Change your life and your prospect and things will happen.
Thank you for the information about the Senna Tea. OMG!!! I am so glad to hear this. I was drinking the Senna Smooth Move and it did the same thing. By Day 4 I would be almost passing out in the morning. Thanks again.

and you mean the cleanse?? the flush is something optional you do in the process of doing the master cleanse.
