Funny.

Gotta disagree on the cellphone matter, though. The store sets up comfy chairs and seating arrangements in order to entice people into enjoying them while being DRAWN INTO reading material the store sells--so that maybe they'll BUY. The noisy cellphone yakker is not only inconsiderately annoying and disrupting customers' reading, but thwarting the store's plan concerning the use of the chairs to entice or guilt customers into buying.

The best-you card them, they get pissed and leave your line to get into the next. As if we aren't talking about you behind the glass???

and I promise that over the years, when my son and I would take stacks of books to the coffee shop it was to narrow it down to a smaller stack of books we could afford AND we shelved the rest, paid for the books and then ordered our drinks. I was raised in a library....

These are so funny. It's the rudness or lack of respect in people that always amazes me.

Get your caffe mocha all over a page looking through a book then put it down and go get a new one. There should be a section for drinking coffee and reading the book you just purchased. Drinks and food should not be allowed in a book store.

I love these videos! I have worked customer service for 6 years. I work on the phone, so I don't have face to face customers. I think a customer is a customer is a customer, though. I think when a person becomes a customer, their IQ lowers quite a few points.
