Three mistakes, huh? Let's give these a whirl. They didn't have the whole phone booth when they came in the studio, Chrissy's hair is a bit shorter, and the police officer talked. Tell me if I'm warm on any of these.
Martin P. Robinson sure has a Scottish accent for his characters, such as the police officer here, Monty and Telly Monster, as well. I wonder if Martin P. Robinson came from Scotland?
I'm going to take a shot at guessing one of the mistakes. What was left of the phone booth the police officer was carrying them in had no glass and when it smashed to the floor glass smashing SFX is heard. (?)
I didn't exactly consider that a mistake, although I may add that in to this video.
Mainly, the mistakes where audio miscalculation (i.e. the line "Hey, put that booth down!") can be heard briefly, as well as 2 lipsynching issues (one with Rockin' Richard, and the other with Little Jerry).

I remember this quite well! Is it me, or was Little Jerry's hair noticibly shorter here?
And Gina was Little Jerry's #1 fan?? With all that hyperventilation, she must be! ;-)

Lol, I kinda wished they played the credits over Little Jerry though.

Good guesses, but not what I was pointing out. ;) (Although I have wondered how Chrissy's hair got shorter).
It was mainly just lip-synch inssues, and one little part of the song included that wasn't intended to be in this performance.

He could've gotten a haircut, or he could be losing his hair, since he was younger when they first made that video.

Did anyone notice that one mistake is that Little Jerry's #1 fan called the station but the phone didn't ring nor did Jackman answer the phone?

@kungfujiapple
The accent sounds more Irish to me. An old stereotype was for policemen to be Irish.

Um, we'll see.
Mostly, I just upload songs/skits rather than the vhs itself.
But we'll see.
