Hi, You can find the BMW car on most Mafia 1 sites, usually in the vehicle downloads section, this is not a mod btw, just in the games Free Ride Extreme mode.
Just swap any of the original cars for the modded one, BMW in this case... can't remember which car i swapped it for but an example is to just rename the BMW files to the same name as the car you swap and place the new files in the Maps and Models folders.
