Maybe 30 years ago it was harder for blacks to get jobs because of discrimination. But now you use that affirmative action thing all the time to get jobs. If a low quality black man applies for the same job as a more then qualified white man. Then the black man automatically gets the job because of AA. AA was originally put in place in the 1960s to assure any person of race that has the equal skills and education can get the same job and benefits as someone whos white.
But now it works the oppisite way and is more discrimative towards whites meaning that now matter how qualified a white person is, if a black person applies for the same job then the black person will get that job because the business knows they'll face a discrimination suit if they don't. Not to also mention the same happens in colleges where blacks with slightly low grade averages are more likely to get invited into a college then a white student whos got excellent grade averages.
At only a fraction of the tuition cost. Not to mention all the college funds you get just for being african american. Whites don't get any benefits like that. We have to work hard to achieve whatever sucesses we get. And alot of the blacks you see on welfare is because they refuse to work. There was a job placement program put in place in detroit and chicago 10 years ago to assure that people living in low income housing would be able to get work and not live in that rut.
But alot of the blacks in those communtities were complaining they were being forced into modern day slavery and refused to go to the interviews or job placements. And everyone knows that discrimination against you in job placements or housing is a thing of the past because everybody knows what kind of problems they face if they do discriminate against you. So I don't know why you people still keep beinging it up.

No they really don't, textbook after textbook are pointing out that the majority of hate crimes will be towards white people and that continues to be more and more obvious as the numbers are further and further apart.
A white person in a black neighborhood has a lot more to fear than the common example of black people in completely white neighborhoods, there is a reason why black people can thrive in white neighborhoods and white people can't grow families in black neighborhoods.

Textbooks I've read tell me about the Ku Klux Klan and about something called a "mob lynching." You obviously don't know the definition of a hate crime. Black people tend to be concentrated in areas with crime in general, white people aren't in danger BECAUSE they are white but because there happens to be a lot of crime and they are likely victims (like anyone else). The FBI statistics show that still today most hate crimes are committed by whites against blacks.

Race in the USA's social relations works according to perceived identity (hence the concept of 'passing' for white). After all, we are not walking around with genetic documentation, are we? They had nothing to do with slavery, they just tried to make an honest living in a new country. Some slaves actually escaped to Canada to be free. I've heard of blacks discriminating against whites as well. Some black dance clubs don't allow whites to come in for example. But every race has had some form of slavery done to them through out human history. Every race was known to enslave their own kind. And even though I know that some blacks were taken to America against their will but half of of them were already slaves in Africa and were sold to the white man for labor. And Africa is still one of the few countries that continues to have slavery to this day.

Maybe 30 years ago it was harder for blacks to get jobs because of discrimination. But now you use that affirmative action thing all the time to get jobs. If a low quality black man applies for the same job as a more then qualified white man. Then the black man automatically gets the job because of AA. AA was originally put in place in the 1960s to assure any person of race that has the equal skills and education can get the same job and benefits as someone whos white.

But now it works the oppisite way and is more discrimative towards whites meaning that now matter how qualified a white person is, if a black person applies for the same job then the black person will get that job because the business knows they'll face a discrimination suit if they don't. Not to also mention the same happens in colleges where blacks with slightly low grade averages are more likely to get invited into a college then a white student whos got excellent grade averages.

At only a fraction of the tuition cost. Not to mention all the college funds you get just for being african american. Whites don't get any benefits like that. We have to work hard to achieve whatever sucesses we get. And alot of the blacks you see on welfare is because they refuse to work. There was a job placement program put in place in detroit and chicago 10 years ago to assure that people living in low income housing would be able to get work and not live in that rut.

But alot of the blacks in those communtities were complaining they were being forced into modern day slavery and refused to go to the interviews or job placements. And everyone knows that discrimination against you in job placements or housing is a thing of the past because everybody knows what kind of problems they face if they do discriminate against you. Well whites students get scholarships based on there grades or achievements. Blacks get scholarships based solely on because they're black. And to be quite honest with you I don't see alot of smart black people. And the ones that I do see usually get ridiculed by other blacks saying that the black kid is trying to be white.

Why dont you complain about the groups in the world that celebrate and remember their history. Why only blacks? Slavery has to always be remembered.Just as the Holocaust is remembered on certain days or weeks.
