  • Everybody! Start Square Dancing!

  • A MARK GOODSON-BILL TODMAN PRODUCTION!

    Screw that Fremantle Media!

  • This time it's Fremantle Media. The company bought Mark Goodson Productions.

  • Sweet dance!

  • Ah, back in the good ol' days, when GSN would actually show the end credits instead of crunching them for their promos and then immediately going to the next program.

  • Well I guess that meens this will be taken down soon :( Damn Viacom, damn them to hell. Don't worry I'm not reporting this at all, I am sick of Via and their tude

  • I read on the GSN boards, that Game Show Network took down many PYL videos because of copyright infringement. What a bunch of crap.

  • F*CK Viacom! They can't take this down just b/c their name is in the end credits here.

  • And I agree with you, they are assholes. Only care about money

  • "Distributed by Viacom Enterptises." Was there ever a V of Doom when the syndicated Family Feud was first run in syndication?

  • That's a good question. I was only 8 when Dawson's Feud ended in '85.I don't remember if the V of doom was there.

  • V of Doom, as you logo freaks call it, was never used on Feud. The end-of-show text acknowledgement was all the logo there was.

BTW, this show was taped during a technicians' strike, which explains all the unfamiliar names on the tech credits (audio, video, camera) and David Chen doing double duty as unit manager and TD.

  • Well, not in *first* run anyway from what I've heard; however, I do -- but just vaguely -- remember seeing the "V of Doom" at the end when reruns of it were shown during the '85-'86 season (they had put out a "Best of" package of syndie eps. that some stations aired, including but not limited to what's now WWOR in NYC).

  • @pannoni1 I think there was. I saw it back in 85 and 86 when this came on TV, with or without a credit mention. The V of Doom scared me.

  • @sugarbear522 Seems plausible as Family Feud was syndicated a year after its cancellation under "The Best of Family Feud"

  • @pannoni1 Not that I can recall.
