Fritz says: "No more mindfucking." It seems so simple, but it's so hard!

I like how Gestalt Therapy more or less forces the client into a direct expression of his thoughts and feelings. This is probably the only kind of therapy that not only confronts us with the other, but also with ourselves. It's not for the faint of heart, but it's one of the things that make life more interesting for me.
