@OGSnow no he's not, this Alucard is from England and if i remember correctly Vlad the impaler wasn't from England, Alucard is probably a remake of the real thing, but he's not the real deal. but still good, yet not better than Anderson

@savage642 Look up the wiki mate if you want. Alucard backwards is Dracula...and is actually pretty common in some dracula stories and is really overused, this show wasnt the first to do it. Even in the anime (first one) although it wasnt straight off the manga or w.e...they show a scene where hes dracula at the end. Granted I'm sure theres alot of lack of accuracy in this anime/manga...but its ment to be dracula all the same. They even show vanhellsing (hence the title) tame him in the new anim
