Maybe. If you seperate the brand Obama, or the created historical image of Hitler they are not that different. If you look at policies they are very similar. If you look at laws and governmental policies of both without knowing which they belonged to it would be difficult to tell who made which policy.
i don't understand why GM would have to be hired by the federal government to rebuild infrastructure. why couldn't the feds just put out the needed work to be done and let the private sector bid on the work? of course I'm assuming a hypothetical LaRouche administration where there is also a credit system in place and the federal reserve has been abolished.
they promote increasing production per capita per sq. kilometer... so projects would go out to bid at the local level, and surpluss manufacturing like GM will be taken over, retooled, and used to produce stuff needed for high speed rail, etc.
