So they are being deceitful. There site need to put in thousands yet instead that put "Dollars". What is the chance that will be fixed :). Lets start a derivative bet. My money is on they will not make the necessary change.

Here is one for you that they won't say how much is in the kitty, I tried. FERC, the folks that receive Public Purpose Program money from every person that has an electric bill. Look at the back page friend some business pay 2-300 per month or more , this has got to have billions and billions, it gets money every month.

You know those CFL's in Walmart for a buck, well Lights of America gets full retail and the difference is paid from that fund. SCAM is all I can say.
