@miztergray just because something was designed "against" something doesn't mean that its resistent. Look at the Titanic, it was supposed to be unsinkable and what did it do? It sunk lol same applies to the twin towers sadly enough. Also, a 757 although isn't much compared to one of the Towers the gas in it was definitely enough to screw up the support beams and bring the building down
The fuel was not enough to bring the building down, and even if it was it would have not happen in the manner that happened. The buildings fell at a free fall speed (control demolition style). The buildings should have, at least, toppled to the side or fallen to the ground by section. But of course, I could be wrong. The Titanic is another different matter; we are talking about water, and even so the ship didn't sink immediately. IMHO!
Actually, it DOESN'T make me wonder about the World Trade center. Know why? I'm not a fucking idiot. A fucking commercial JET flew into those buildings, with full tanks of JET fuel. What exactly DON'T you understand about that you fucking idiot.

the twin towers were designed against fire, wind and even plain crashing. Also, compare to the twin towers the planes were relative smalls too.
But that is just my opinion, I'm no expert in architecture or anything like that!
