  • Great speech.

  • Haha, well some of them look kind of bored but you never know, maybe it might spark something. It's hard to know what a 17 year old will be drawn too.

  • Tough crowd! LOL :D It's Ron Paul ppl! Wake up!

  • Here's what I want to know: How does Paul propose to tackle the debt? If you scrap the income tax, you could probably run a libertarian government day to day, but you couldn't pay off the debt to China. They'd freak on you.

  • thanks for theese :)

  • you would think they are all hypnotizes...look into my eyes, you will have a blank obama loving stare forever, forever, forever

  • they(young ppl) dont care about freedom

  • i know! i just watched this...i would be on the edge of my seat jumping up and down! ITS FRIGGIN RON PAUL!

  • @Defucijus The case for freedom, especially when you're a kid, doesn't mean anything to you. You're still trying to manipulate your parents into buying you candy and treats and letting you watch TV. Kids learn that they can have it both ways. If you beg enough, you can have your candy AND you can stay out all night with your friends. It's an entitlement generation. You don't appreciate that until you start working and see what your take home pay is.

I discovered freedom the day I was sent to kindergarten. I couldn't do whatever I wanted. I was forced to stay in my seat and not do anything I wanted to do anytime. I had no choice what to put in my mouth and eat, no choice what to wear. I looked around me and saw the same thing around me.

It was always obvious to me why freedom and principles does better, feels better and has more fun than central planning, totalitarian control, lying and physical violence to punish.

My concept of freedom grew as I grew up, and it still grows.

Taking home the pay makes things very obvious,

  • @soccom8341576 Well some people when they get a cheque and see the taxes the come off it go, "well that's not fair. Why can't they take more from Bill Gates? He wouldn't notice it." Then again, I don't think anyone who makes less than 35,000 a year should pay any taxes to start with. I'd like no tax, but I'd be willing to start with a flat tax of 13% for people making 40 grand a year or more.

  • @Defucijus

It'll come back when they are suspected of terrorism and poor.
