Just gathered one for fun on Dells webby. 2426 dollars with all I could want. Not that bad actually, compared to my company Lenevo(chinesed IBM thinkpad) X500 at 3200 dollars. I think my boss and other presenters that actually use their labbys as portable and presenting stuff, could use one of these.

Do not even attempt to get this. It doesn't work at all as how they explain it. It's srcrews up any network. The touch and pen randomly stop working. Bought as a requirement for my school. The stylus pen gets stuck in the tablet and is impossible to get out without taking apart laptop. THOUGH, dell customer support would definately the best I have ever had to come across, most probally because thier products are shit and breakdown constantly.

If you are an artist considering a touch screen laptop - I suggest an HP. I have an HP tx2500 and it is FAST, has a 3D card, and a Wacom touchscreen - Not as pressure sensitive as my Intuos pads or a Cintiq, But still GREAT - P.S. it also works flawless with my music equipment. I never found a Dell that didn't have Audio Drop-outs or was fully compatible with everything. Skip this model and get yourself an HP.

I've got the Latitude XT, and while I agree that Multitouch is kind of a gimmick, using the screen with the fingers does not leave fingerprints on the screen at all, because it's got a special coating.

I have an xt1 and let me just say don't you believe it...

I can't use it for adobe anything, scroll works but not that well, weak design and sadly myriad errors. That said, the xt2 (after playing with it) is faster, but the same problems persist with the xt1 branch (save from battery life and 5gb memory).

Its a good laptop don't get me wrong but not fantastic for the price they are suggesting.
