@megan17020 it's a twist on the fairytale. this young woman takes a job where she is put to sleep and clients (old men) are able to do whatever they would like with her while she sleeps (but no penetration). At the end of the film, the madame, her "boss", finds the girl unconscious and unresponsive and the client she had for that night dead. the madame tries to revive the girl by giving her CPR (essentially, a kiss) and the girl awakens. that's the connection to the fairytale.

I saw this film at Cannes International Festival this year. This film doesn't worth your money. There is no story in this film at all. It's a slow paced film all the way till the end without any twist, or anything interesting or meaning. They movie is basically what you see in the trailer, some sort of soft porn.

If the film at least has a purpose or any kind of story it will still be worth watching but not even that. I have no idea what the director was thinking about doing this film.

@OohTube - actually, the 'children's story names' were first made for adults anyways i believe. the contents in them were more suited for adults than children, since they contained contents such as gore, violence, incest, rape etc.

(ex- Sleeping beauty got raped and had 2 kids while she was asleep. she woke up when one of the babies sucked on her finger and took whatever the made her asleep out)

Disney only cut everything out to where its all jolly and happy and have a happy ending in the end.
