  • I played the 45 all the time when I was a kid. When I got older, I drank too much tequila!!

  • Very good. I bought the record a long time ago. It was one of my parents' favorites. WOW! I'm young again going back to the '60s....Thanks a lot for posting this. A fan from Switzerland.

still glued to it as ever before. Najam

  • Everyone in this band is my mother!!

  • I also knew Bobby Morris. We go back to the early 50's. My name is Dale Norris. When Van Norman was killed in a car accident I recommended Bobby as the replacement. The rest is history. I spoke with Bobby not too long before he passed away. He was very talented and a good friend.

  • Good song to listen to when you're hammered.

  • bob morris is my relative too! he's my grandmother's uncle! :)

  • Does anyone find this A ROFL ?

  • i could just sit and watch this all day bobmorrisfan :)

  • I was a teenager when the Champs came out with Tequila and Too Much Tequila. Going down Memory Lane I just had to hear these great tunes again. Man, they don't make music like that anymore. Must confess that my eyes brimmed when listening to these works of art. Great music will never die...

  • Two points; One. the song sounds like "In A Little Spanish Town". Two. The Champs "singing" "Too Much Tequila"? I guess the yips, yells, and hiccup are considered vocals.

  • What a catchy tune. The Champs sure must've liked drinking tequilla.

  • I knew that the Champs had another song other than tequilla. So, i browsed through google and sure enough here it is "too much tequilla" this was the song that I always remember and identify with the Champs. I was listening to this over 50 years ago. This is a great and oldie song. Thanks for posting it.

  • I love this! Thanks for posting. *****
