It is a morality issue and the government has no authority under the constitution to dictate morals to the people.

Yes, excellent interview although the tyranny is not quite as bad as East Germany was but if we continue down this path we will rival that of Communist China of the 50's or that of Communist Russia during the early 20th Century and contend with the Gulag Concentration Camp equivalent in the guise of FEMA here in the United States.
