The most impressive concept out of GM-R&D thus far has been the Skateboard. Unfortunately GM has a very poor record of bringing their concepts to market. It seems almost like GM uses concepts as little more then PR and marketing verses Japan and German who regularly road testing their concepts. In the few cases that GM actually markets a concept it tends to end up being less then half the expectations and usually limited to leasing.
Hydrogen is the future. However, the Lithium-Ion battery guys are gonna get theirs on the road first. Hopefully, Hydrogen will hit the streets sometime in the next 15 years or so.
They go into way to much detail for something thats just going to be a clay model and animation. Its pathetic
