some black athletes have genetic advantages. lets put this simply for you. The Bambuti (pygmies) wih an average height of 4 ft, have a natural advantage in ducking under low ceilings. It doesn't mean that all blacks have this advantage. I can see the Massai being genetically disadvantaged in the event. So the conclusion I draw is genetics do play a role.
