I remember watching this game on a scrambled cable channel at my college in the common area. If you are out there Tom Webster, I will never forget you storming out of the room and slamming the door without a word after Nedved's goal. The Penguins are to the Capitals what the Canadiens were to the Bruins all throughout the 60's and 70's.

I remember this game vividly. I was a sophomore in high school and stayed up until nearly 4am to watch the glorious ending. The following school day was rough, but it was well worth it! Pens own the Caps!! Past, present and future!

Umm, that was the 95-96 season. But I totally agree with you about winning the cup that year. I remember going to my neighbors house to watch the games cuz we didn't have cable. That was a great year for the Pens dispite having a nearly new roster.
