Smh... I work for Stanley Steemer nd never have I seen that. Everyone I've worked with ask to pull over at a rest stop or even the woods at times but never outside a customers home. It makes the good technicians look bad nd I agree with @bankofthewest1 because we are all slave drivers.
I am so glad that you did this, i used to work for that dickhead Roy and they fired me for a car accident that wasn't my fault. these people are slave drivers that work them and lie, yes they work on 100% commission and that why one of them sounds like a used car salesmen.
used to work for them for a brief period.. n to be honest, these kinds of things aren't unusual.. check ur bill n dont agree to any of there "extra" services, its all commision and COULD be helpful if they even applied the sprays correctly which never happens :))
