So the cops cruising down the street and you're walking on the sidewalk, if you decide to run or if god forbid you run away from them at some unconstitutional DUI checkpoint - you're going to be SHOT IN THE BACK and its all "legal" (But of course that is not legal under constitutional law). Baghdad indeed. Lawlessness.

Looks like a staged training 'exercise' to me...they did something like this a few years back with military in Victorville, Ca., where if during the UNANNOUNCED, simulated fire 'exercise' you were found outside/or out driving your vehicle/walking the sidewalks, you would be arrested and charged w/obstruction...this is what happened to a gentlemen out driving to see what was taking place and another, a vietnam vet hit the floor due to the loud simulated fire...(socio-economically depressed area)

I searched the newspapers & local media after this ocurred and all I found was "In San Pedro police searched neighborhood for suspect" or some vague non-descript 1 sentence line. In Santa Maria, CA there was a "suspect" in a house many blocks away from a El Camino Junior High School and they will lockdown the entire school and not allow anyone to enter or leave. It is part of the programming/conditioning of society and especially the most susceptible: Children

@mrjustin5 ABSOLUTELY...in fact, that very thing happened @ our childrens' school and surrounding schools (all K-12) in the area just a few months back...thought it odd, as they locked the children in the rooms they were in at the time (my child (2nd grdr was in the library) by school security...newspaper article following was a brief descript stating that it was done as a precaution bc of a man, calling from down the hill, called a local school, saying he was angry at the school district...
