@wildgirlz3000 no you dont, have you got expansion packs? maybe thats the reason since every pack will come with a body shop, if not, then you probably never installed it properly ;)

@BadluckittyGR 1: you didn't save the image right, 2: you did recolor the image correctly, 3: somthing is wrong with your body shop. Restart your system and try again.

@simer2233 (20 hours later) did it open yet? ... :S depending on how much custom content you have it could take ages to open, or maybe not open at all cause it has a bug or somthing.
