The attorneys challenging Obama being on the ballot proved Obama was born in the USA by attesting to the authenticity of Obama's short and long form Hawaiian birth certificates. The BC proves 2 of the 3 requirements for office of President: his citizenship by birth (natural-born citizen) and it proves his older than 35. The final requirement is 14 years residency in the United States, which is proven by his record of public office since 1996.

@7even78 A social security number is not a requirement. His birth certificate was placed into evidence by the attorneys arguing the two-citizen parent "theory". Judge Malihi specifically asked if the attorneys were attesting to the authenticity of the document and they did. In essence, the attorneys (minus Taitz) proved Obama's eligibility for him! :) Judge Malihi can't venture into the de Vattel (a foreigner) overriding the US Constitution.

Regardless of whatever happens, I am certainly birthers WILL successfully remove Obama from the White House prior to the end of Jan 2017. At that time, he will be found not be eligible to hold the office of President. :)

@7even78 I believe Obama won't be President after Jan 2017 because of the Constitutional limit of 2-terms in office. :) No, the birthers have no case.

The case is still pending due to process. Prior to the hearing, Judge Malihi had issued an order directing the parties to submit written "Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law" by Feb 5st. On Friday, the day after the hearing, Judge Malihi moved that deadline forward to Feb 1st. I expect his decision by end of day Feb 3rd.

Really, how did Obama get a ss# with that batch number, very curious maybe he, Obama, gave the wrong number, because the numbers do not regress, something does not add up as reported, worth an answer considering the position, I wonder if the media would give Ron Paul a pass on this issue if it concerned him, this is news until it is not.
