While US gives billions to Africa for many different reasons, China is investing and exploiting, mainly because the African leaders and gov are so easy to corrupt. The people need to get their shit together and take over their gov with real democracy and true free markets and property rights. They have enormous resources but are so poorly managed they ALLOW themselves to be exploited.
