Sure he does not finish but he's great because he never fails to dominate his opponents except for the last two rounds in the Shields fight. Fyi smartass the WW division is the hardest weight class to get a title shot in and is without a doubt the most talent packed division + the guys that he has faced (apart from Hardy) are the hardest to finish/unfinishable too; and he has also undoubtedly faced better fighters than any other champ so give the guy some respect you arrogant fuck.

Ok, fair enough.

You are right to a certain extent and I respect your opinion but damn you don't even give the guy credit.

In my opinion he has faced the thoughest opponents in the UFC and has easily dominated all of them. There were times when he was close to finishing but his opponents always persevered and you seem to forget that he's the 2nd P4P best fighter if not first in the eyes of some.

(PS: Last time he finished an opponent was in 2009 against a tough BJ Penn)

@fragrantfart I'm not a huge fan of GSP's style, but I completely agree with you. His earlier fights were exciting, his ground-domination over Frank Trigg is a fight I will never forget. He may not always be the most exciting fighter, but he gets the job done & keeps on winning. The haters need to learn to deal with it or just stop watching GSP fight.

GSP comes from a small town and he doesnt come from a famous or wealthy family. he was a garbageman when he first got into mma to help pay the jobs, think he had 3 jobs + training! I still recall his first ufc fight against karo , now hes a multi-millionaire (big sponsors, fight money, ppv %), the ladies love him, and hes doing what he loves for a living, I respect him, he worked hard and made it
