you can tell its fake. he shifts his right leg backward just before he falls forward, if the remote had knocked him out even for a second he would not have reacted in this way. he knew he was going to fall. he also put his hands in front of him, so he obviously didn't want to take the full face impact ( which if he was knocked out he wouldn't have any choice and hence more fail )

Lol, it was a good fake. However, the wii remote uses Batteries. Don't tell me two big batteries turned into little white legos. So, there were no Batteries inside the controller. That means they didn't play wii.
