It makes sense. Someone saw 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' in Saddam's hand in the future. So they captured Saddam to prevent this 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' But what happens to the other timeline where Saddam did win the war? Why didn't they stop this war? Is this good?

its because its what hes known since he was young he explains why they get them to do it when there young so they can handle it later
