I can't find any info on google about it, and you'd think there would be. Can you throw me a link? Ziggy was his oldest son and he would have been 12 if he was the one playing guitar on this track, which is of course possible, but it sounds like Bob's strumming style. He often sounds raspy and chill on his acoustic demo cuts. I'm just a fan who loves this song...

First off I don't think "atrocitis" is the word that you are looking for. But Africa doen't have the most violent acts known to man kind. I think that spot would be reserved for the Holocaust and the 300 years or African american slavery. The violence that exist in Africa now is, in large, a result from year of British and European infiltration. Why? for it's natural resources, sound familiar? This created poverty which always leads to violence.
