@Brianh002 Never tried, Brian. I've only ever done poor-man's jerky with ground beef. (I think ground beef probably absorbs seasoning better than whole slices though.)
@akgulledge Great video,i was looking all over youtube for ground beef jerky,but i have a small problem making it,can you pls tell me a normal marinade for jerky because in my country they dont sell that kind of marinades ,hickory smoked salt or liquid smoke. so can you please tell me,cause i cant find it on internet.
@karmy76 Try some kind of teriyaki sauce if you can. If not, you can use soy sauce as a base, and add something sweet (like brown sugar or molasses). You'll just have to play around with it. I would err on the side of caution with seasoning though, and put a little too much as opposed to too little (you'll find a good balance in time). Best wishes on all of your jerky endeavors! :)
