  • auilo n é onda é uma montanha

  • maybe the splash got to 40 meteres the wave was like 2

  • 40m waves.....but not in this video.

Stop wasting your (and our) time by standing somewhere all day long and filming nohting exciting.

    Get yourself a life

    Thumbs down for this crap-video

  • 40 meter splash you dbag I hate when people post fake titles. Just shows how insignificant they are.

  • noob

  • This looks fake ?? But in still liking it haha lmao

  • and thats how ur dicks gets up to 30 cm, right !

  • Did I blink and miss it!!!!!!!

  • no offense but ... you really could have gone closer to the cliffside. you're like 200 yards away. not such an impressive video.

  • 40 meter... maybe the splash, but prob. not even that.

  • The wave was approximately 120 feet high, US measurments. You can tell by the salt-spray upon the cliff. Now, can anyone say that erosion is unscientific? Of course it is of advanced science. Water, mere water, when propelled at those speeds with that force CAN and DOES cause erosion; even of SOLID STONE. Case closed.

  • @TheCannonofMohammed I've never heard anyone say erosion is unscientific. Especially when you can build a mound of dirt and poor water on it to witness erosion properties. Of course erosion is scientific. What's your point?

  • 40 mm waves:-)

  • boring =(

  • 40 m spash prehaps, however 2 or 3 meter swell i invisage

  • 40 cms ????

  • they aint 40 meter waves, thats just the wave splashing up lol

  • i think he accidentally put a 0 after the 4 but as long as he understands his mistake he won't have to die a retard

  • THAT WAS ABOVE IT. I DID TOO. 40 meter wave are you on glue?

  • 40 meter spray...

  • waves smashing against a rock and splashes upwards to 40m is not the same as a wave being 40 m...not to mention 40 m waves are impossible and the highest ever recorded was 30 m. stupid video, stupid fucking title, retarded idiot behind the camera but not as retarded as the fag who uploaded it.

  • 40 meters? Gimme a break - if you want to see 40 meter waves go to the outer Hebrides in Scotland and park yourself at the top of a cliff during a force 10 storm in February. What you see on this video is just the spray from a small wave hitting the base of the rocks.

  • thats not a 40mt WAVE thats just the spray from a much smaller wave emphasised byt the strong winds

  • I've never even heard of Samana. Where is it ?

  • @Juliansworld Dominican Republic - an area that even the locals like the best.

  • It was over 9000!!!!!!

  • 40 meter wide, you mean.

  • wow...40 cm. maybe...but just maybe.

  • nice waves but not 40m bro ;)

  • well

no waves ever reach 90m nor 40m unless they are tsunamis or superwaves! waves in beaches of the world in new zealand hawai australia america india and possibly thailand (not sure) have the "highest" waves but maximum of 5-10m other waves beyond 11m are tidal or tsunami waves

  • Lame.

  • The DOminican Republic. the province of Samana where i was born .. now im here at San DIego, CAlifornia .. white Girls ... I have been there that is not a 40 meter waves

  • They're not 40 metre waves. Maybe 5 metres but when they crash against a cliff the spray can go very high!

  • Genius aren't you

  • @Muusicca .

I am very interested in geography and meteorology and just wanted to inform that wave heights are different from the height spray might go up. You only get 40 metre waves in the middle of vast oceans after massive storms, which is clearly notthe case here. Even my estimate of 5 metre waves is probably too hight - they may only be 2 metre waves and they can still splash very high! I'm not a genius - this is just school education and reading. Peace. x

  • lol, I don't know why your giving me all of this, I said "genius aren't you" sarcastically because your pointing our the incredibly obvious.

Something to add to your notes, there's a beach in Hawaii, the waves reach 90 feet. =/

  • Lol - I know you were being sarcastic. I just thought your title was wrong - but granted it's not important in the grand scheme of things. Call it a ripple, a wave, some spray or a tsunami if you like! Call it an ice-cream I don't care. The fact is waves and spray are different. Hawaii DOES get some of the biggest waves in the world, because they are in the middle of a vast ocean. And you annoyed me by your sarcasm , so here's another thing: It's "you're" pointing out not "your" pointing out.

  • I've been living in south America for almost a year, and Spanish being my first language, I've begun to lose my English, A little grammar mistake =/

....Whats your argument? I'm not even putting anything up against your amazing super human ability to differentiate a wave from the splash(no the 'spray')

  • Hey I'm sorry. It's not important. Apologies if I offended you. I didn't mean to. By the way thank you for calling me super-human and finding it amazing! :-]

  • There is a difference between a 40m wave and a wave that sends spray 40 m into the air when it hits the right surface... fool.

  • yeah man, this guy was smoking. but thas alright, thanks for sharing

  • do know if it was 40 metres it would be at least of 100ft high im pretty sure that would be a tsnami

PS: I don't know how to spell tsnami

  • tsunami

  • its tsunami* :P

  • i dont know how to spell tsalami eaither..hehehe

  • tsunami

and tsunamis barely reach 5 meters

a tsunami is not about size but about the violence it strikes earth

  • there are no 40 meter waves here.

  • What 40 meter waves ... obviously has not seen the rugged coastline before mabe he is a goat herder? bbbeeeee

  • @gatsa01 kakakaka XD

  • 40 meter waves? Mabe to the ants and crabs
