All nine classes have been updated (and then some), and still the 360 hasn't seen a lick of this. I blame microsoft and charging for updates.

Even more funny since the PS3 is getting Steam and Steamworks, hence the updates are more plausible for the PS3.

I think that they should make The Orange Box available for download on xbox live, or put TF2 on Xbox Live Arcade (they did that with Portal), with all of the updates included. They could also make the updates available for free download, for the people who already have The Orange Box.

I actually used to have this on a pricey laptop that I dumped alot of money into, 1 month after I got the game my computer simply fried and was beyond repair. The only pc games I play now are older ones. While I could afford another gaming pc if I wanted one(oh man would it hurt my budget though), staying on the edge of pc gaming is just too expensive and unreliable, two very bad combinations.

You know, they should make a standalone version of TF2 so they could get all the maps, weapons, and all that shit they want. Hl2, episode one and two take lots of space, without mentioning Portal. So, they should have dedicated time to a standalone version without "nifty" ways to get more memory and maybe we would be playing with the updates by now.

If it can go on a disc, it can go on XBLA. There's really no consumer disadvantage for either. But for the developers, Live Arcade is a very attractive medium for distribution. It's basically a lot easier. Why do you think Valve developed Steam? Digital distribution is the way the market is moving these days.
