i didn't like what he did but the NASCAR ruling was very harsh i know the rules say you have to maintain speed under caution but they just called the caution and if you look were it happenjed its a pretty blind part of the track. in short NASCAR made robby more angry than ambrose did he said he would have been happy restarting in 2nd but in the end its bad sportsmanship!!! The initial spin was his own fault - he overshot his braking zone to get the jump but Ambrose is already in his cadence and kicking out on the second apex is exactly how the cars react - his fault all the way.

if you watched the race, you'd see he DID NOT, in fact, "win it fair and square".

he spun a the car in front of him WITH A CLEARLY VISIBLE WAVING YELLOW FLAG, and thus gordon should've had the lead. by nascar rule, when the caution is thrown the field is frozen, and gordon passed him CLEARLY before the flag came out. hell, i'm not even a robby gordon fan and even i can admit he simply got hosed by nascar here.
