I've been cycling since I was a kid and presumed this was obvious and I was already doing it. However, when I tried, I realised I hadn't been releasing or unloading the other leg, so both legs were under tension most of the time. Soon as I tried it, I was cycling much more efficiently. So, many thanks for this - I've looked at your other videos as well and you have a very nice manner which makes them easy to watch. Cheers, Jon.
