its a 3.0l engine called 320cdi although they are not using th commonrail diesel injection system :) they are using a mechanical dieselpump with 7 mm elements

@CanijAsa No, It's not a more modern CDI, it's a 3.0l OM606 old school....

But yes it does have a Garrett GT40. The modern 320 CDI wouldn't be able to rev as high as this engine or handle the power.
