is there still time for BNSF to renew the lease. i have a girlfriend i took her to see MJ this is it and we both didnt like it and we went to eat and her stomache hurt. so im writing her a letter cuz i love her and i want her to know i want her to be happy. im scared that she didnt have a good time. this is more important than SD40s. but god bless the SD40s . let them find a good museum to run free with the BN emblem.

Don't know if they could renew the lease. The Illinois Railway Mueseum has a SD40-2 in CNW paint as well as a sd45 in WC paint.

im so upset. i missed out on all of the good railfaning ITS NOT FAIR. The Beautiful smiling cigar bands on fresh warbonnets the SD40-2 led BN coal drags oakways and SD60Ms all the huge ammount of railroads and the fact that each was unique and had something the other didnt. i understand it so well and could have made good videos if i had had a chance before the recession. a true dream crushed for me , and anytime wed see rare stuff t we were busy or couldnt do it or bad weather or stuff but..

Dude don't feel bad. I used to have 8 GP10s mixed with some GP38s GP18s and the occasional patched Chessie GP40 and Patch PC rentals running three blocks from my house 10 years ago and we have no pictures.

all of this old stuff ment so much to me all of the old BN ATSF SP UP CNW Chessie system CSX NS Conrail. the all met so much to me. EMD old power all the old horns and all the beautiful paint schemes are going down the toilet. they met so much to me i knew so much about them and could have made killer videos or atleast have being happy. 6 Warbonnets smiling with their yellow grin must have being nice. sigh. were gonna get ATCS monieter for the St.joe sub. aperently someone else nows it exists

Well beleave it or not these C44-9W, ESS44AC and DCs, SD70ACe etc. will be rare someday.

it will. the dash9s are cool. the SD70ACES and SD70MACs are awsome and the gevos are okay but they have killed off alot of emds power. i hope SD60MS make a bounce back or atleast are preserved at museums. thanks for helping. im just made cuz i was a huige railfan as a kid and i loved all that stuff. and i was obliouvs to the fact it was all happing in my home town and that it would be fun to film and watch. i mean we went out to see trains but i dint film, i didnt know i could.

GM/EMD needs to start pumping out new locomotives. their SD70ACE was beautiful. but i still want relics like SD40-2s to be operable or stationary in a museum, or at least maybe mock ups.

EMD is no longer apart of GM, Yea they do i would mind GE's as much if they were some variety if everything was -2's would get boring there just needs to be a better mix

SD40-2s SD60Ms SD9s SD60s what are those? bassicly i havent seen or recorded alot of rare power. whenever any of the real good stuff comes by eaither my dad sees it on his way to work while im in school or on his way home from work when we cant go and or when we our on our way someplace else. im so mad that i havent being able to experiance the best railroads.

im made for being sixteen and loving classic trains it isnt fair for me to live with the burden of missing them painfuly and having all these dreams of films i wanted to make with them crushed, it isnt fair. and all of you guys have seen plenty of rare power . i wish i lived in the 90s
