No, no, no..... You don't understand. She is NOT a big black girl nor a white girl nor any of the other characters. Aviva is the "everychild," though quite possibly more of the "everygirl." She is played by different characters because that keeps the character undeveloped in the viewer's mind and opens the possibility for the viewer to associate that character with the idea of childhood, not necessarily of a particular girl.
