This must have been before she got sick and had to be hospitalized. She sounded beautiful. Later in the tour she was toughing it out through illness, trying not to cancel and disappoint (since she would be dogged for that, too, if you remember the Diane Sawyer interview). She never got any empathy or respect for the fact that she did her best, sang live every night, and reminded us all what ral singing is all about. What a shame people did not appreciate her spectacular talent and character.

God, it's very amazing how incredibly well and happy she looks here compared to recent pictures, and you can see she really loved to perform, even though it may not have been up to scratch. Whitney Houston, rest in piece.. Your incredible music will live on. <3

Ya know..ah have avoided listening to or watching any of Whitterz 'recent-ish' concerts,because ah didn't want to be upset..but,having just watched and listened to this..in Gods honesty..she don sound 'bad' at ALL!!!!She may very well be singing in a lower key...but she's SINGING..and singing WELL too!!After everything this woman has been through..she still cares enough to get up there and give of herself to US..and ah for one,am proud to be able to say that ah love Whitterz,then/now & forEVER!!

@TheMrMarilyn Very well said!! She does sound great...yes her voice is limited but considering she as lucky to have survived all she did at that time, ppl shouldn't have been so critical. It's so funny to me how ppl were so negative towards her and MJ but as soon as they die everyone LOVES them. It's sad. Now MJ and Whitney are making beautiful music together in heaven. Let this be a lesson to everyone: appreciate our legends while you have the chance!! RIP sweet Nippy.
