So far, Middlesbrough Borough Council have spent £19,000 of LOCAL taxpayers money, printing propaganda to market this non-representational, non-inspirational eyesore. And the local taxpayer foots the bill for the maintainance of the structure and the surrounding area.
This stands as a monument to decades of MBC mismanagement of Boro.
