I agree 100% Personally I don't think the regular FF13 looks good at all. Seems Final Fantasy has kinda strayed away from being what Final Fantasy was. I mean... Shiva is a motorcycle -_- That's almost blasphemous. The new KH game's will more than likely rock. Plus, SE is finally gonna unveil Project Rapture at E3 this year o.O But, for the most part I've placed my faith in Nippon Ichi and other smaller developers.

Project Rapture is the new SE MMO being developed by the FFXI team. I'm a huge FFXI fan, so I'm pumped. I can agree they are trying to push FF13 to a wider audience. I hated FF12 D: It was an ok game I guess. It just didn't feel anything like a Final Fantasy game should. D: I will give SE credit, a lot of their DS games are great. Though a lot of them are developed by 3rd party developers and just published through SE. Either way, great stuff. I'm looking forward to Level-5's Dragon Quest IX :D

ooh interesting haven't tried FFXI yet though been meaning too just never got the chance too lol. but yeah FF12 was distasteful. sucked for me cause i bought the Collectors Edition and I didn't even beat the game yet lol. But yeah their DS games are doing good, just wonder if their gonna do a remake for FF5 cause thats one of my favorite ones after FF7.

I'd love to see a remake of 5 and 6. FF6 is my favorite game of all time. So, if they remade it as well as the 4 remake was. That would probably make me explode. The remake of 4 was actually designed by the same guy as the original one. :D I think that's why it turned out as awesome as it did. Yoshinori Kitase is the only designer of FF6 that is still with SE. But, he's a busy man these days. So, I doubt he'd be intrested remaking it. =/

Only downside to it is it starts very very slow. Takes a good while before you really get to start doing much. But, the moment the game picks up it doesn't slow down.

Western developer are near the same as always. If u think Western surpass JP developer ur look at the fact. PSone PS2 & PS3/360 Square has push there limit. Each developer dose it diffrently but if u like every game to look the same as everyone els then i guess ur one fool to realize. MGS4 & Halo 3 are way supass other developer at this rate. That dosnt mean a thing other developer buget. NIS & Gust have always do low buget games & they r worth more & Harder to find compare to top notch title.

Ar tonelico was developed by both Gust and Banpresto, and was published by Banpresto (hence a Banpresto title). However, Banpresto's video game operation got absorbed into Bandai Namco Games last year, so Ar tonelico and all other Banpresto's titles became Bandai Namco Games's titles.
