I hate to be a negative nancy but these videos make cooperatives look like a bunch of commies and hippies and hold very little informational value for those seeking to establish their own cooperatives.
Mondragon proves it works, but you guys aren't doing a good job at showing how it works.
Very good glimpse of the coop "feel" and basic values. You can actually feel the "spirit" of coops in this short vid. Thanks for this ! Share with everyone that you know.
This is more important than a lot of the popular videos on YouTube. Wake up YouTube and take notice of the things that matter. Co-operatives are way to a future that isn't a capitalist nightmare.
