ok im just gonna say this i liked every song off of We Are The Fallen's debut album. i also like every song off of Evanescence's two albums (in my opinion Halestorm is better than both since Halestorm is more rock than both of them) but that said the last single they released in 2010 "Together Again" was terrible it was not rock in any form. that is honestly when i first heard of We Are The Fallen and i liked it cause it seemed like a continuation of the form of Evanescence that i enjoyed

Just going by the singer, I like evanescence more. Amy Lee has a beautiful voice, and is much prettier herself, plus the band has a more badass name in my opinion. ok im just gonna say this i liked every song off of We Are The Fallen's debut album. i also like every song off of Evanescence's two albums (in my opinion Halestorm is better than both since Halestorm is more rock than both of them) but that said the last single they released in 2010 "Together Again" was terrible it was not rock in any form. that is honestly when i first heard of We Are The Fallen and i liked it cause it seemed like a continuation of the form of Evanescence that i enjoyed

its ok to have songs similar to other bands, but to have close to the same sound and lyrics, thats when people start having issues with one another. in my oppinion, WATF need to get carly alone in a room and have her write songs in private, lyrics and music altogether, that way there is no copyimg going on. bury me alive sounds more of like bleed by Ev than bring me to life. but everyone knows that only Ev can perform bring me to life, due to the fact of screwing the song up.

I just realized what bugs me about Carly... She has no identity of her own. No style of her own. She's so desperate to sing in a band, she'll just mold to anything. Amy Lee owned her style. Just going by the singer, I like evanescence more. Amy Lee has a beautiful voice, and is much prettier herself, plus the band has a more badass name in my opinion. @christie54444 SHe only added Terry Balsamo as a new member after Ben. It was when the two others left that she filled them in with the DARK NEW DAY dudes.

Suppose Amy Lee had quit back in 2005 I would FULLY expect Evanescence to replace her it's only right even if it was Carly Smithson and yes LOTS of bands do it. I would NOT expect Amy Lee to recruit former members and try to carry on singing old songs with a simular name,that would not be right it takes away from Evanescence and causes confusion.
