Hey Sophie! Just keep it safe...try not to lose it too fast...maybe if you shoot for 1-2 pounds a week, your results will be much better and you won't lose any precsious muscle. Also, you don't want to shock your system by cutting too many calories. Don't forget to stick with food that's been shot or picked or plucked (meat, veggies, fruit)...Plenty of protein is crucial. P.S. I know you're gonna do great...you've got spunk!
Is that lipo femme only for women? I`v been using acai berry juice with nothing added to it. Iv lost 12 kilos with a combination of working out at the gym. Problem is i`m not losing anymore weight. I`v got down eating fast foods and smaller portions. Nothing making me reduce more weight.

Hey man guys actually dont need this type of fat burners and i wouldn't even advocate the use of them all u have to do is increase your muscle mass by eating lots of foods with high amounts of lean protein break your meals into smaller meals. It really is way easier for guys to lose weight so u really dont need to resort to this stuff just work real hard diet and split up your meals.

Hey, exercises look good... another cardio blaster you can do is jpump lunges (or scissors as they are sometimes called). You can also try extending your arms above your head when you come up from a squat or a lunge to get a bit of a shoulder work out.
